Mike, thank you so much for taking the time to call Comcast on my behalf last week. Best of all, you got accomplished in 30 minutes what I’ve been trying to do for the past several months. Not only did they upgrade me to a higher speed plan, two guys arrived a few days later and installed a new modem to replace my old one. And just this morning, two different guys came out and installed a new cable from the green box to my house. My download speed more than quadrupled thanks to you. And best of all, there was no charge for all this Comcast work. Obviously you know how to get things down right the first time when contacting Comcast.
